Please ensure your skin and the tool are clean before using.

Apply oil onto the area before following along to the demonstration. If redness occurs, this is normal. After doing the technique in the demonstration, do not repeat it until the redness has completely disappeared. Always start with a light pressure and build up the pressure to what feels comfortable. It should not hurt.
