Prepare Your Skin – Start with clean skin and apply a facial oil or serum to allow smooth gliding and deeper absorption of nutrients.

1. Relax and Stimulate – Using light to medium pressure, roll or press the domes over the skin in slow, intentional movements. Focus on key areas such as:
